I am a person who, like a lot of people on Gaia, is at the start of a very exciting adventure into my new life. I have taken the plunge and decided to live my best life by living my life as my authentic self. As a result of that, I have decided to become an entrepreneur and open my own coaching and consulting company. Empowered Women - Coaching & Consulting is dedicated to helping women around the world create and live fulfilling lives. I believe in living as your highest self, and encouraging others around you to do the same. I believe in being a positive role model for society and our peers. I believe in doing what is right, rather than what is easy. I believe it is each person's right and responsibility to design their life the way they want it to be… to own your decisions… to follow through and take action… and to really BE the person you know you really are inside.

Lastly, I believe in contributing to the world in meaningful ways. Whether you do that by giving your money, your time, a smile, or by educating others or expanding the awareness of others… the human race is all one and we must all look out for each other. It is in all our interests to help each other, so that we may rise together.
